Business Law Accredited Specialist means a specialist lawyer duly accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Committee on Business Law of the Law Society of New South Wales

Trade Mark Watch means a regular watch on the Trade Mark Registry undertaken by Finn Roache to determine whether any existing or applied-for marks are identical or substantially similar to existing marks of clients and whether there is any potential action for infringement or any other cause of action available.

Madrid Protocol means the simplified process now available in 84 countries to apply for and register trade marks already registered or applied-for in Australia.
