With over 19 years’ experience in the legal industry, Anne-Marie has extensive family law experience and acts for a wide variety of private clients in that jurisdiction. She appears regularly in the Family and Federal courts, representing both spouses in financial and parenting cases, as well as in the Supreme Court in regard to family disputes and succession claims.

Anne-Marie’s extensive experience and skill, and the ability to understand the emotional aspects of family law, which allows her to provide clear and compassionate advice to help her clients navigate their disputes. Her focus is on resolution, not litigation, but she is a tireless advocate should the matter proceed to court.

Advising high-net-worth individuals and SMEs alike, Daniel focuses on pragmatic solutions, and as result, has a reputation for achieving successful & desired outcomes for his clients. Daniel is also a member of the Commercial Law Association.

Ken has been in practice for over 46 years and has developed a reputation for being tenacious in protecting and advancing the legal rights of his clients.

He has vast experience in transactional matters, both in the commercial and domestic spheres. He is extremely knowledgeable in the area of Wills, Probate and Administration issues, as well as claims under the Family Provision Act. In his 25 years of charity work with Sydney Legacy, he has shown the same empathy, compassion and understanding in that endeavor as he does to his clients.

His background in computing allows him to better understand our clients’ needs as they relate to information technology, especially cyber security, and provide them with solutions that properly address issues surrounding information technology in the law.
