Liam is a litigation and dispute resolution expert and joined the firm in 2014. He has extensive experience in a range of commercial law specialties, including commercial litigation and dispute resolution, drawing on a background in both private practice and work on behalf of government entities. He represents high-net-worth individuals and corporations in litigious matters in all Courts, as well as before the independent commission against corruption (ICAC) and in Royal Commissions.
Liam brings an experienced and conscientious approach to cases, including commercial litigation, international disputes, intellectual property disputes, and insolvency. He is passionate about intellectual property law and advises clients on all aspects of copyright, trademarks, property as well as corporation law, with a keen eye for statutory and contractual interpretation.
