Anthony joined the firm in 2012, and practices within our commercial, litigation, and property law practices.

He represents clients in a wide range of business transactions and disputes, encompassing all areas of retail, commercial and industrial leasing, and commercial and residential property transactions and acquisitions. His experience in each of these areas allows Anthony to help his clients navigate through complex commercial matters and achieve a pragmatic outcome.

Debra has over 30 years of experience as a conveyancing and leasing paralegal. She brings a wealth of experience to every transaction and prides herself on her high quality efficient work. Debra is responsible for the conveyancing and leasing sector of the firm,and is known for her detail-oriented expert approach.

She is an accredited user of the PEXA electronic settlement platform and up to date with the latest procedures and processes.

Gabriella is a highly experienced wills, estates and leasing paralegal. She has been with the firm for almost 30 years.

Gab is experienced in all aspects of deceased estate matters, wills, powers of attorney and enduring guardianship. Her compassion and excellent communication skills make her much beloved by her clients and the ideal person to assist at this delicate time in your life. She can assist with all matters relating to estate planning and administration.

Howard is a highly experienced lawyer, who has built a solid reputation for pragmatic, clear and strategic legal advice. Over nearly 40 years of practice, Howard has advised both corporate and individual clients on every aspect of property law, wills and estates and family provision. As an accredited mediator, Howard is able to achieve workable best-case solutions for clients with estate or property law disputes.

His expertise spans commercial, industrial and residential sales as well as put and call options, stamp duty and land tax issues and company title matters. He has helped innumerable clients with subdivision, strata and development issues including planning appeals, as well as compulsory acquisitions. As well as being an accredited property law specialist, Howard is also a member of the Law Society Property Law Committee.

Howard takes a holistic approach to his practice, often combining wills and estate work and/or family provision advice with his property practice. In this way, he helps his clients secure their legacy and create generational wealth.

Jessica commenced working as a Law Clerk in 2013 and was admitted as a solicitor in June 2018. During this time Jessica worked for Howard Robilliard, assisting with estate planning and litigation and property law.

Prior to joining the team at Finn Roache, Jessica was the legal associate to two appeal judges at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. During this time at the Court, Jessica has gained a detailed working knowledge of the court system, particularly at the appellate level.

Jessica’s diverse experience enables her to have a unique approach to resolve legal disputes. Her expertise is in complex litigation, estate planning, family law and property law.

Jessica is an active member of NSW Young Lawyers contributing to submissions on law reform and mentors female law students at the University of Sydney.
