He has extensive experience advising in relation to liquidations, receiverships, voluntary administrations, issuing and applications to set aside statutory demands, bankruptcy notices, restructuring, formal and informal arrangements with creditors and bankruptcy. He has carriage of a considerable variety of litigation matters in most state and Federal jurisdictions.

He has written numerous academic articles and headnotes for the Australian Law Journal Reports.
